New innovation from Picote! The upgraded design of Picote Liner Compressor 3.0 tightly clamps the end of the liner to prevent it collapsing from loss of pressure while you replace the inversion equipment with a Curing Cap or Picote Cannon Fast Cap.

Uses and benefits

Liner Compressor 3.0:

  • Use to clamp DN50-150 (2-6”) liners.
  • Securely and tightly clamps and seals the liner.
  • Tighten the cable of the Compressor conveniently with a battery operated drill or a manual tool (10mm loop/wrench).
  • Set the Tightening Cable around the liner, lock it to position and tighten. After the Curing Cap and air pressure are attached, just loosen the cable and remove.
  • Lightweight and easy to operate.
  • Securely holds the liner with no air leakage.
  • Tightening Cable (spare part) is easily replaced when needed.

Curing Caps, Fast Caps & Smart Heat Caps:

  • Quickly & easily replace the Inversion Drum so that you can install multiple liners
  • Fast Cap fits the Picote Cannon, available with or without hole for CCTV cable access.
  • Mini & Maxi Smart Heat Curing Caps enable the use of either the Mini or Maxi Smart Heat cable to accelerate cure times.
