    The Mini Coating Pump can be combined with several different Miller models to meet your Picote Brush Coating™ project needs based on pipe length and diameter.

    Allows coating and pipe degreasing in DN32-200 (1½-8”) diameter pipes up to 22m (75’) in length.

    Uses and benefits
    • Controls the flow of Picote Brush Coating™ DC1000E, Dual Color Epoxy Resin.
    • Adjustable pump speed & direction.
    • Hand-held locking operator control trigger. When the button is pushed the pump is engaged and will operate until pressed again.
    • Combine and secure the Mini Coating Pump to the Mini Miller, Mini Cleaner, or Super Battery Mini Miller/Mini Cleaner frames for a portable compact system.
    • Can also be used to remove fats, oils, and grease from pipes by pumping degreaser down the line to assist with cleaning.
    • Includes Resin Cup Package, 3x Hose Connectors, Hose Clamps and 2x Brush Stoppers.
    • *NSF61 Certified for DN100 (4”) and larger pipes (final coat in white).

    How to use

    The Picote Brush Coating™ system is a simple, fast, and practical coating solution used to renovate and prolong the life of stack pipes, drains, sewers, water pipes*, electrical conduits, and more.

    Clean the pipe well and apply two coats for a corrosion barrier. Alternatively, apply additional coats of resin to form a new, seamless semi-structural rehabilitation that should last 30-50 years.*

    Can be combined with several different Miller models to meet project needs based on pipe length & diameter.
