We are incredibly proud to share that our Chief Commercial Officer, Dawn Greig, has been named Trenchless Woman of the Year 2026 by the UKSTT!

This recognition is a testament not only to Dawn’s outstanding leadership, but also to her lasting impact on the trenchless industry. With a career rooted in innovation, collaboration and good-humoured determination, Dawn has played a key role in bringing new trenchless technologies to market and helped shape the future of trenchless solutions through her work with Picote, the UKSTT and the broader global trenchless community.

In her own words, the award is “a real honour,” and especially meaningful as recognition from an industry she has grown with and supported since 2012 . That humility and passion are exactly what make Dawn such an inspiring leader within Picote and beyond.

From helping introduce industry-changing tools, to championing solutions like Picote Flexi-Sliplining, Dawn has consistently pushed boundaries, always with a focus on real-world impact and sustainability, tirelessly supporting customers, colleagues and partners in the field.

Just as importantly, Dawn is a strong advocate for women in the industry. She understands the importance of visibility & representation and her achievements continue to inspire the next generation of talent to see what’s possible in trenchless.
