Our Open House 2025 in Porvoo, Finland brought together more than 200 guests from across our global reseller network for two unforgettable days of innovation, hands-on learning and Finnish hospitality. From live demos and panel discussions to Finnish food and a sauna evening, the event showcased not only Picote’s latest technologies but also the collaborative spirit that drives the trenchless industry forward.
Guests kicked off the first morning by meeting the Picote Team and diving straight into discussions about why innovation remains at the heart of Picote Solutions. From there, participants were treated to exclusive previews of new products coming in Winter 2025 and Spring 2026, followed by a deep-dive into Picote Manufacturing and R&D operations.

A major highlight was the launch of the new Picote ProLITE, our powerful and portable addition to the Miller family. Live demonstrations showed how the system streamlines on-site work and gives contractors more flexibility than ever. The excitement continued with demonstrations of the Mini Multi-Cutter, showcasing its concrete and failed-liner removal capabilities.
Throughout the event, guests rotated through product stations, including overviews of the Xpress Coating System, connection collar solutions, CIPP lining equipment and the brand-new Picote inversion drums for CIPP. Practical sessions gave participants the chance to test equipment themselves and discuss their own experiences and requirements with the Picote R&D team and Technical Support staff.
Global collaboration and Picote support were defining themes of the Open House. Our panel discussions featured experts from around the world, exploring topics such as facility management in trenchless applications and the value of support services in developing global markets. Among the standout contributions was a compelling case study from our partners at Loctech in Malaysia, who shared their experiences and methods in trenchless rehabilitation on offshore oil rigs. Their presentation underscored how quality partnerships and shared learning elevate the industry worldwide.

Of course, no Picote gathering would be complete without great food, conversation, and culture. Guests enjoyed the Picote Bar complete with event cocktail (the Picotini), hearty Finnish meals and the Picote sauna—a new Open House experience. Daily competitions, including challenges with the new Mini Multi-Cutter, kept the atmosphere lively right up to the closing happy hour and traditional BBQ on day two.
This year’s Open House was more than just an event—it was a celebration of teamwork, innovation and the global trenchless community that continues to grow out of Picote’s mission.
